- National ID / Passport Number (to fetch KRA PIN)
- M-PESA Phone Number (to process payment)
- Transaction Receipt Codes (to verify subscriptions)
KRA Data: We do not store any taxpayer details, PINs, or obligation records on our servers after a request is completed. Data is fetched in real-time and passed directly to your browser.
Payment Data: We store M-PESA transaction records for subscription management and audit purposes only. This data is encrypted at rest and is never shared with third parties.
All communication between your browser and Jigrow servers is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. We use industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your personal data.
Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data (specifically your payment history on our platform). To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.
